Free flex book component

It’s hard to find a flipbook script for free but i managed to find one after a bit of searching, this script by Ruben Swieringa is still in alpha but works very good apart from some minor gliches. This is a good alternative if you don’t want to spend alot of money.

I used this for one of my latest work.

To compile his source you need Flex Builder, you can get a free trial over here.

I am still very new to working with Flex Builder, but with a little javascript, php and actionscript experience i quickly got the hang of the basics.

Hi, I’d like to use the flip book for an example but I don’t know how to get it up and running. Is there a class library or something that I need to download? can’t find it on the website that you linked.

    Many thanks in advance.

Thanks for trying to help, I guess it’s something that is too advanced for me at this stage. :( I’ve tried but the result I get is an error:
Could not resolve to a component implementation.

Well… I’ll have to give it another shot once I get more familiar with flex :)
Once again, thanks for taking of your time to try and help me!
